The sun left us this morning.

Cue tropical storm Kamikazie (she didn't get this nickname for no reason) which hit between bites of steaming ricotta donuts which sparkled with sugar and ginger.
We hastily shoveled fluffy eggs, biscuits smeared with butter and blackberry jam into our mouths, alternating bites with crispy potatoes and thick pork belly.
I flicked a crumb off my lip and I frantically waved for the check .
