Afternoon naps

The girls are sick this week.


There has been a whole lott'a snuggling, tears, holding, tears, afternoon naps, tears and Mary Poppins watching going on over here.

This week has been all about re-setting expectations and just being present to wipe their teary faces.

Thoughts and ideas and plans have been swirling in my head.

I have been waking in the morning with a head full of ideas and then simmering them on the back burner for the day as two sets of little arms reach up to be held at the same time.

We shall be back to our summer loving soon and I for one shall be very, very glad.
