bacon crack

We were driving to lunch yesterday and trying to decide where to go. THIS is always a cat an mouse game as I hate picking and my husband knows this so tries to make me pick whenever possible.

 Luckily I had chosen the previous time so I was off the hook so he decided to ask Ximena what she wanted to eat.

 She promptly replied from her car seat in the back that she wanted "bacon crack". We busted out laughing. When X saw that we were laughing she kept saying it over and over again.

"I want bacon crack, bacon crack, bacon crack."

We decided that this does sound tasty and can you imagine how addicting this would be? I don't exactly know what it is but it sounds good.

Speaking of crack, Kami is on this orange juice kick. Is ALL she wants to drink is orange juice. She promptly tosses her bottle or cup whenever we offer her anything else and demands "oange".

I was making cocinita pibil last week and needed some and was out so had to squeeze some by hand.

 I reserved two little glasses for Kami and she loved it.
