On busy days when I don't have time to cook I turn to things on hand in my pantry.
Always on hand: good homemade granola, made to be eaten sprinkled over tart yogurt piled with fresh berries.
This is my go to recipe it takes no time to make. I swap olive oil for canola oil, and hazelnuts instead of cashews I love the way both ingredients add to the flavor.
Once you find a basic recipe you like its fun to play around with some of the ingredients.
Pantry staples = just do it!
